If there is anyone out there that knows my name and would like to get together, please respond. It would be nice to meet some old friends.

If you can remember me Tony Colbourne Barny (scouse) Campbell ,also (scouse) Farnon in north camp, can nyone check but i always thought that i was the last RO(W),refusing to change over to the seamans branch until leaving HMS COVENTRY after passing my leading hands board, being releived by AB(ew)Sunderland (kia Falklands)i remember Taff Lee joining my Leading Seamans course after rejoining Royal Navy after leaving the service. so i once again believe myself to be the last serving ro (w) check it out for me if you can ,,,regards to everyone who knows m e ,now a prison offcer in LIVERPOO ,just like being in mob.
ReplyDeleteAlthough Tanzy did rejoin as a
ReplyDeleteSeaman EW, he was the last link to the comms W having originally joined as a RO(W). All EW Senior Rates now serving (2008 on) joined as either seaman or Operator Machanic and have had no RO training.
